General Agreement

By accessing the jlt99 platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, players are considered to have acknowledged and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling guidelines.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the service immediately. You may contact us to have your access to the platform blocked. These rules are written in Burmese, and in the event of any language discrepancy, the Burmese version shall prevail.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our payment policies are as follows —

• Minimum deposit: 20,000 Ks (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time: Processed within 1 hour after approval.
• Payment methods: Transfers are accepted through KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer only.
• Deposits will be credited to your account immediately regardless of the amount. We will do our best to avoid delays caused by network issues, but jlt99 cannot be held responsible for problems with third-party payment networks.
• We reserve the right to investigate suspicious funds (e.g., funds suspected of money laundering) and will only process a withdrawal once legitimacy has been established.
• Withdrawals will be sent only to the player's own payment account. We do not transfer funds to third parties.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks, with a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 25. For example —

• The welcome bonus is available once per player and cannot be shared between accounts using the same IP address or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash. Withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirement has been met.
• We may modify or suspend any bonus at any time due to operational changes. Players will be notified before any such action takes effect.
• Each promotion may have its own specific wagering conditions and expiry dates. Please check the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

Game Rules

jlt99 offers football betting, live casino, slots, and lottery games. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the "Help" or "Info" section on the game screen before you play. The following general policies apply to all games —

• Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play for all.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a network disconnection, the result will be determined based on the server-side record.
• Players must play from a location where it is legally permitted, and each player is solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their own location.
• When placing football bets, the odds shown may change during the betting period. Bets will be settled using the odds that are in effect at the time of submission.

Prohibited Activities

• Depositing using payment methods or cards that do not belong to you.
• Bonus abuse — attempting to meet wagering requirements through patterns designed to exploit the system.
• Playing using bots or automated software.
• Continuing to play after discovering a technical error that could affect game results without reporting it.
• Making deposit patterns that could be associated with money laundering.
• Renting or selling your account to a third party to act as an agent or intermediary.
• Using the platform to post hate speech, harass, or abuse other players.

Account Closure and Suspension

At jlt99, players may request voluntary account closure through our support channels. We may close an account on our end in the following cases —

• When a violation of these terms and conditions is found.
• When false personal information is found to have been provided.
• When access from a country where online gambling is not legally permitted is detected.
• Inactive accounts with no remaining balance may be closed as part of routine operations, and the player will be notified.

For player-requested closures, any remaining non-bonus balance will be refunded in accordance with the applicable conditions. If an account is closed due to a breach of the conditions set out in this section, no refund of the remaining balance will be made.

Personal Data Security and SSL

jlt99 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Transaction details, login credentials, and personal information will not be disclosed to third parties and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Players are responsible for keeping their email and password secure. jlt99 is not liable for any unauthorised actions carried out using a player's own login credentials. If you notice any suspicious access, contact our support team immediately.

Limitation of Liability

jlt99 is not legally liable for any winnings or losses resulting from gameplay. Our responsibility is limited to operating the platform, providing games, and processing payments.

• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by external network failures, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game due to a third-party game provider outage, we will do our best to resolve the issue, but any amounts lost will not be refunded (each case will be reviewed individually).
• Players are personally responsible for checking the laws on online gambling in their own location.

Amendments and Notification

jlt99 may amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the platform after an amendment has been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
